1. How to deal with cylinder pulling

Mix a little epoxy resin glue, gently apply along the cylinder scratches, and then sprinkle a small layer of talcum powder on it after 20 minutes, gently hold it down and then scrape it into an arc that matches the cylinder with a piece of hard paper, and leave it for 4-6 hours. This method is only suitable for minor scratches, if the situation is serious, it is better to change the cylinder set honestly.

2. Quickly clean the cylinder carbon

Unscrew the spark plug, spray carburetor cleaner from the spark plug hole to the cylinder, then tighten the spark plug, turn on the ignition switch and put the car on, and leave the engine running for a few minutes. This situation is only suitable for loose carbon, if it is old ash, it is better to forget it, light carbon, sometimes to the flat road pulling high speed, can also be solved.

3. Remove the cylinder head

If you encounter a motorcycle with a tight cylinder head, first remove the set screw, then put a few drops of gasoline into the cylinder from the spark plug hole, reassemble the spark plug, then use a rope to bind the cylinder block and cylinder head tightly, turn on the ignition switch and step on the starter lever, wait for the engine to burst into flames to easily remove the cylinder head.

4. Fuel tank rust removal

Use a small stick with a slight toughness of about 30 centimeters, tie a magnet to one end and reach into the bottom of the tank to scratch back and forth, scratch for a while to remove the rust adsorbed on the magnet, and then repeat several times. You can also fill the tank with water and add some small stones, repeatedly shaking for a while can be done.

5. Fuel tank recovery

After the tank is dented, clean the tank first, then pour in three-fourths of the tank capacity of soybeans and fill it with water, and screw the tank cover tightly. It should be noted that when the dent is recovered, the soybean should be poured out immediately, and it may not be poured out if it is poured late.

6. Rust removal for plated parts

Find a little ammonium acetate, put it in the same amount of water and heat it to 70 degrees, then use a soft cloth to soak through and scrub the rusted area.

7. Washing motorcycle carburetors

When a motorcycle carburetor is in use, there is often sediment and water at the bottom of the carburetor, which affects the normal operation of the vehicle. The following is a wonderful way to clean the carburetor without dismantling it: first turn off the oil switch, use a screwdriver to loosen the oil drain screw at the bottom of the carburetor, drain all the fuel from the carburetor, then turn on the oil switch, wait for the oil to flow out, and blow into the waste oil pipe on the outside of the throttle (or use a pump to pump). At this time, you will find mud and sand and water droplets from the bottom of the carburetor oil discharge pipe jet out. Repeat this several times to clean the carburetor float bowl of sediment and water. Then tighten the bottom screw and the motorcycle can be used normally.
